A Fiola Winemaker Dinner with Bruno RoccaJoin us for an evening celebrating the wine and cuisine of Piemonte as we host our first winemaker dinner of the new year. On Tuesday, January 24th at 6 pm we welcome Luisa Rocca to Fiola. Luisa is the international face of Bruno Rocca wines, one of Barbaresco's legendary producers. She will be sharing some of her signature Barbaresco such as the Copparossa and Rabaja, as well as a Barbera d'Asti and Langhe Chardonnay, paired with our 5-course feast inspired by the region, featuring a Scallop Crudo with Caviar, Risotto with Wild Huckleberry and Castelmagno, Agnolotti of Beef Short Ribs, a stunning Venison "Wellington" with Dark Chocolate, Dried Cherries and Black Truffle, and an Alba Hazelnut Torrone to end on a sweet note.
